2. Your Order Cancellation Rights

Orders can be cancelled without a reason or explanation within 30 days of purchase.

It is mandatory that cancellations be made within 30 days of receiving the goods or taking possession of them by a third party, who is not the carrier.

It is imperative that you make a clear statement of your decision in order to exercise your right of cancellation. Here are some ways you can inform us of your decision:

We will process your reimbursement within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Consequently, you won’t incur any fees for the reimbursement since we’ll use the same method of payment you used to place the order.

3. Conditions for Returns

Ensure that these conditions are met before returning the Goods:

  • Goods purchased within the last 30 days
  • Goods must be in their original packaging

No returns are allowed on the following goods:

  • Customized or clearly personalized goods made to your specifications.
  • Goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned, deteriorate rapidly or have expired.
  • Health protection or hygiene issues prevent the return of goods that are unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned.
  • Supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items, based on their nature.

Goods which does not meet the above return conditions may be refused by us at our sole discretion.

Refunds are only applicable to regular priced goods. Refunds are not available for goods on sale. There may be circumstances in which this exclusion does not apply to you, depending on the laws of your country.

4. Returning Goods

You are responsible for paying the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us as a customer. We need the Goods to be sent to the following address:

The company is not responsible for the loss or damage of the return shipment. We recommend that you use a mail service that tracks and insures your mail. If the goods have not been received or proof of delivery has not been provided, refunds are not possible.
